We offer simple flat pricing based on the size of the home and number of bedrooms. All flat rate pricing incluides your bedroom(s), one (1) bathroom, kitchen, and
common areas. Each additional bathroom is $18. We offer our hourly package for any custom jobs, Large Apartaments/Homes, and Small Offices. No surprises!
The cleaning time listed for each flat rate cleaning package is an estimate. Your cleaning may take more or less time than estimated.

I admit that I was not prepared for my housekeeping today. There was a lot more to deal with than usual. I was thinking she could bypass “the extras” that she doesn’t normally do; however, she took care of everything! She did an AMAZING house cleaning job working around Christmas supplies, laundry, etc… Thank you, I appreciated all of it!! I am very pleased and happy!!

What should I expect on my first appointment?
We will arrive at your home we will be equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along faster.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
The best way to prepare for your cleaners is to straighten up as much as possible. That way the cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grime, not putting things in their places."It's best if people pick up or straighten up their items," like toys and clothes.
Do you bring equipment and cleaning supplies?
We bring all cleaning supplies for the job. However, for sanitary reasons, we appreciated if our clients provide some basic cleaning tools of their own. Preferably a toilet bowl brush, a step stool and garbage bags.
Do I have to be home? Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you, whatever your preference, we are happy to make your experience pleasant and convenient.
How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. 1. You may give us a key.2. You can leave a key in a designed area the day of cleaning. 3. You can give us the code to the garage.4. You can let us in before you go and we will leave the door locked at the end of the day of cleaning.
How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We require payment at time of service. We accept payment with debit and credit cart using paypal, cash or check in advance.
Should I Tip my cleaner?
While tipping is not required, it is customary for excellent service. Some clients leave cash or a check for their housekeeping; others prefer to have our office staff add a gratuity to their appointment payment.
Can I get cleaning services in areas that are not listed? Yes, keep in mind that there might be an extra travel fee.
